New rules for all .za websites during the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak

In agreement with new rules gazetted by the Department of Communications on 26 March 2020, AdWorx Design Studio are hereby alerting you that all owners of a .za domains are required to include a noticeable link to the website pointing visitors to the website for all official information associated to the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic.

This regulation apply to all .za domain owners

According to government regulations, all websites that end in “.za” are required to link to the health department’s Covid-19 portal.

Please refer to clause 5.1.4 of the South African Gazette .

Clause 5.1.4 of the regulations contained in a government gazette, which have been issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act, state:
